Repeat after me: just because I don’t yet have the skill, does not mean there is something wrong with me.
Now say that again. (And again – as many times as is needed, my love.)
Now we’ve established that you don’t need fixing, improving or to be anything other than what you are in order to have massive, joyful and easeful wealth, let’s shine a light on two very important things, when it comes to growing revenue: arrogance and false humility.
You are wildly brilliant, so fucking accomplished, a powerful change agent on behalf of the good. And because of this very power, you are likely bringing arrogance or false humility (or perhaps both) to your business growth. Let me share.
As a powerful woman, it’s extremely likely that as a child, you got ‘put in your place’ when you allowed your genius, brilliance and innocent entitlement to flow. You either got cut down, told to not shine so bright because it made others uncomfortable, or you were put on a pedestal, pressured to perform and be perfect so that the others around you could feel proud.
And so now, even though you’re a master of your craft, when you step into a new arena – such as conscious wealth generation – you default to these patterns, aligning with an identity of helplessness and false humility or clinging to perfection as you try to stay ascended on that tower.
In false humility you suppress your natural creativity, instincts and innovations. You pay lots of money for marketing and coaching and if you’re honest, you just hope that throwing money at an ‘expert’ will get you to where you need to go. You’re taking action but you’re not really taking any risks. Revenue ceilings remain stubbornly low as you keep looking for what needs to be fixed or healed.
In arrogance you’ve got a knife in the corner at all times, sharpened and ready to dole out judgment on anyone who dares to make you feel uncomfortable. Control is the name of the game here, though you may call it ‘fear’. Rather than taking a risk, you complain about the circumstances.
And whether this is happening in tiny, microscopic ways at the edges, or in massive patterns of destruction, the good news is it’s something that can end right now.
I used to be both of these, by the way. So I know what it’s like to live inside of these brittle exoskeletons that never let any greater life flow, and I also know exactly what it takes to live a life of radical experimentation, confidence that comes from creating a result again and again.
The result I love to create is supporting established coaches and entrepreneurs to grow to multiple five or six-figure months, rapidly, joyfully and without more time spent marketing or giving your life to a screen.
You can Live as the magnetic, brilliant openness you were born for. And when you do, the goals that look so distant right now become as close as the next breath.
If you are clear that the waiting is over and you know you want to shed the false humility and arrogance in favor of the truth, book a call with me and my team now.
