Over the Thanksgiving holiday, the tectonic plates of my soul shifted. I was an earthquake, a mountain, a volcano – all at once.

I saw clearly that there is SO much more joy, money, leadership and adventure on the table than I had previously realized.

A memory surfaced of the first time my business made a quantum leap: when, after two years of stagnation, I decided to create my entire annual revenue in 90 days. And I did it!

But it’s been three years since then. And I know it’s time to take that leap again. I’ve decided to manifest $1M in revenue in 90 days. And I want you to come with me, to actualize your own impossible goal, so that we collectively step into the new year toasting ourselves, knowing that we are our own most trustworthy investment.

I approach business growth differently than most coaches. If you were to do an online search of how to grow a coaching business, the most likely word you’ll see is ‘scaling’. And scaling can be great, but it’s actually not my objective and it’s often not the right tool for growing revenue and impact. My objective is EVOLUTION. If scaling can serve evolution, great. If not, I don’t need it.

As I look back on the past three years, I can see clearly that every quantum leap I’ve made (like $287K weeks) has been because I made an evolutionary choice and took revolutionary actions – action that to muggles would look just nuts. Love is often difficult to distinguish from insanity.
